Need to return an item? 

To kickstart the process, drop us a line at hello@riverspell.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

But before you do, here's what you need to check:

• The item hasn't been washed or worn
• It's still in its original condition with tags attached

*Sale items are final sale, and we can't swap or refund jewelry or hair accessories.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. We also charge a 25% restocking fee on made-to-order items, which can be waived on a case by case basis. As a small business, we're not quite there yet in absorbing those expenses. Thanks for understanding and supporting small businesses!
